In 2005 Thom and his wife Carol adopted a wonderful little girl from CRT. She became a sister to their first Chi mix, Lambeau. When Thom’s wife took an early retirement in 2012, they began to volunteer with CRT. Since then, Thom and Carol have been involved in transporting hundreds of dogs to foster or forever homes through CRT and a local shelter where they adopted Lambeau. They are the proof readers for our newsletters and always ready to help a Chihuahua in need. When he’s not rescuing chihuahuas, Thom manages the theater facilities at a community college in suburban Chicago.
