Ruth Winters

Ruth has volunteered with CRT, supporting the website since 2020. She is a lifelong Chihuahua devotee, having adopted 8 tiny companions (Honeybee II, Blixa, Sherman, Micky, Princess, Honeybee III, Lenny, and Benji) to date. She has adopted 5 dogs from CTR, including special needs, elderly and one nutty Jack Russel (Forte). Professionally, Ruth has been in IT for over 20 years, starting her career as a webmaster and web developer, later moving into into IT project management with a focus on web based applications.
