Brenda Boggs

Brenda Boggs , Director and CRT Midwest Coordinator,  has been a volunteer with Chihuahua Rescue & Transport since 1999.  She has always had dogs in her life and got her first chihuahua in 1999 which prompted her involvement with CRT.  She began as a transporter in the Midwest and worked her way through the ranks of CRT while fostering, transporting, and participating in rescue events to become the Midwest Coordinator in 2018.  Brenda is a retired dancer/choreographer and former Director/Choreographer of the Dayton Tap Dance Company.  She studied in New York City and Chicago and has studied with many nationally known tap artists.  Throughout her career, dogs were constantly at her side and she can’t imagine her life without a canine companion.
